Tax Forms

Essex Library is closed indefinitely. In-person materials are not available at this time. Services will resume when the Library reopens. Electronic services such as Overdrive remain available and accessible. For Essex residents who do not currently have a library card, click here for information on getting one issued electronically.

As a service to our patrons, the Essex Library provides selected tax forms. Printed forms are available at the Adult Circulation Desk. If you do not find the form you require, please ask our staff and we will be happy to assist you.

Additional Help

The AARP Foundation Tax-Aide Program provides income tax assistance for low to moderate-income taxpayers aged 50 and over who cannot afford tax preparation services.


Patrons are welcome for brief visits to browse our collections or use a computer. See Visit the Library for more information. Contact free pickup is also available from tables in the library’s entrance. Electronic services are available 24/7.
